Word list sources
Our word selection research referenced the lists below for word and word-form matching, source identification, ranking analysis and business relevance. Word list rankings are not official ETS exam occurrence frequencies.

Use and changes
During research, we extracted, compared and selected words from these lists and combined the results with other research data. These research outputs are not the complete original lists or an author-reviewed version of this app. Our contributions to word list selections or adaptations are licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0. This word list notice does not also license APTENYO’s separately produced examples, translations, audio, images or software.
